We are pleased that you decided to take this step and start your Experience booking/Experience Curations with Heny. Kindly go through the basic ground rules for reselling on Heny.

Heny is a platform that provides a better way to book experiences by providing a booking software and a marketplace for amazing things to do.To have a full fledged user experience on our platform, kindly click on the sign up option above. Some perks of this is to manage your account, track your favourite experiences, receive notifications, updates or promos and review past experiences.

After selecting an experience on our platform (WEB or APP) , booking an experience has been made very easy. Once you select a date/ time slot for your experience, you select a price option if the experience requires that you do, you later enter your name, email and phone number with a special request note if you have any and click on the “Confirm and Pay(GHS ###) button to be directed to a payment page where you either pay by card or mobile money. Be rest assured Heny immediately put your bookings through to the curators once payment is made and confirmation is done..

Heny does not charge you any additional fee for booking your experience through our platform.

Once booking is made, you receive a confirmation email with the timeline, location and instructions for your experience delivery.

All payments are direct and instant. Through mobile money/ Debit card/ Heny Wallet.

You can load your heny wallet from to prepare future experience.

  • Heny has a 6-24 hours refund policy. Refund percentages are are dependent on the cancellation policy per the experienced booked.
  • Once a cancellation is made within 24 hours to the experience start date, A client may receive only 50% of the amount payable.

Our platform is available and functional 24/7, our office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays .If there is the need to make enquiries about the availability of an experience after 5pm on weekdays, on weekends, and on public holidays, the response may not be instant. So if our customer service personnel respond to your concerns outside of these working hours, kindly exercise patience. In the sense of urgency, reach out to us on 054 352 3025.
